Personalized Links in email templates

I think I figured it out. You can use contact properties in a link and then use css to make the link look like a CTA button. I just want a clickab...Beitrag ansehen

Get List of Contacts that have opted out
What is the best api if I want to get the list of contacts who have opted out? I could not get this by using the opt out property on the contacts api.

URL syntax for getting all contacts and a specific list of properties
I am having trouble getting the query string syntax correct so that when I get all contacts I get just a half dozen or so properties. Here is an example of the url I am trying: https://api.hubapi.com/contacts/v1/lists/all/contacts/all?property= Beitrag ansehen
