On the HelpDesk/Ticket, when update are made to the side bar data: 1. Enable autosave 2. Before navigating off the page, add notifications that changes weren't save 3. Move the save button to be below the side bar!
Create a Helpdesk Object under the Data Management section so it can have more customizing options, like Deals and Tickets (as an example). Similar to what is explained here:
