I have been notified that the Call Queue is being replaced completely with the Task Queue sometime this month (May). Although the addition of the Task Queue is very helpful, it should not replace the Call Queue completely. Calls and Tasks are put at Leer más

Maybe under their new "Conversations" tab, they could actually add in "Call Queue", you know because with call queue we are actually CONVERSING with ...Leer más
