@hroberts It was as soon as I opened the GMail inbox, but didn't open the actual emails. They were just loaded in the "preview pane".

The Help Desk is a great idea, but we have multiple business units and can not switch between the different help desk channels (one for each business unit). It is all just together in one Help Desk. I've found where I can create views and filter read more

It would be great to choose a team as a IVR destination. Also, multiple-levels of IVR.

Since HubSpot uses Twilio as a phone provider, it'd be nice to have access to update the Music on Hold that the customer hears when putting a customer on hold or transferring. We had this available through Zendesk previously, which also uses Twilio read more
