Having the ability to see breadcrumb trail of viewed pages in this and previous sessions IP Geo location device type - mobile, tablet, desktop browser type referral source / organic / ppc, social etc Are a few great ways to help the chat read more

Yes! We esp. need to know how many chat session occur from Mobile devices versus desktop.

Export List of Forms to Excel
Currently, you can export a list of all your CTAs. This is great. There is no similar capability for Forms. I think this is needed.

Really this should work for any data. But I definitely could use it today for the Forms list.
