Bulk delete spam in Helpdesk
Currently, you can only delete emails/tickets from your Spam folder in Helpdesk by going through each one individually. There needs to be a bulk manage/delete option for these emails/tickets. We have connected a support inbox to the helpdesk a read more

Adding Additional Emails Through Automation
Hello Everyone, I know you can add an additional email to a contact by pulling up their record, clicking the pencial and selecting add additional email. Curious if there is a way to get the same result through a workflow.
