Allow customers to log in and see their Ticket inbox, history, statuses, replies etc. Ideally integrate this with Knowedge Base too.

For deals, you can obviously set the deal fields that are required in order to move the deal forward. Is it possible to make it so that the sales rep has to have filled out the products before they are allowed to move it e.g. to the closed won? read more
