If you work in a conversations inbox, and start to write a message, but then go to another hubspot page and come back, you loose the message. This does not happen if you draft emails on ticket pages. Would be super useful if that also works in c read more

I agree. Having drafts be cross device and team member would be very helpful.

At the moment we can only view chat conversations in the mobile app. I need to use the app for email conversations to view emails and reply to clients that contact us. This is very important for my team since we are often on the road and clients sen read more

We need some type of forwarding tool in hubspots inbox so we can send emails to different departments within out company. Currently we are unable to change who the email is being sent to when replying.

When using the Inbox feature, each item must be opened individually. Multiple selections and batch actions are not available (example for closing batch emails or assigning in bulk) The individual action only results is an extremely tedious an read more
