Native SMS/Text Messaging with Workflow Integration
There are other smaller CRMs that have built in texting and SMS automation. HubSpot already offers built-in calling, why not also have texting and allow us to add text messages to our workflows? Texting has a much higher open/engagement rate tha Beitrag ansehen

Adding texting capability to Sequences
It would be great to add texting funcionality to Sequences, or maybe the capability to integrate with third-party texting platforms. I had a client that used texting a lot in addition to email. Thanks!

This is essential. We're using HeyMarket now for our clients which works okay but HubSpot should have native texting features given they already have...Beitrag ansehen

Copy contact properties to Deal?
I've created a custom source field for Contacts and mirrored it in Deals. The reason for this is because the Hubspot default options were too limiting and could not be edited. Now I want to map the fields so when a new deal is created from a Contact Beitrag ansehen

+1 for this! And the option to keep the fields in sync, so if it's changed on the deal level it will reflect on the contact level too.

Inactive Deal Cards: setting number of days by deal stage
The ability to visually identify distressed deals that require action is great, especially as it removes the need for end-users to run reports to otherwise identify which deals to work. The issue is that you can only set one amount of days with Beitrag ansehen
