When creating a deal from a contact record, Hubspot will automatically title it as the Company Name (great) and add "- New Deal" on to the deal name as well. There is no way to configure the system so that it does not automatically do this. read more

YES! This serves no purpose! I have to remove it EVERY TIME I create a new deal and it's getting OLD!

I added some integration somewhere with Hubspot and I found new contacts in the "Contacts". It only shows "email @domain.com was created from Offline Sources" but I'm sure I don't add it. Is it possible to know where does the contact come from? read more

We have set up integration of Hubspot CRM with Gmail. If one of my colleagues emails a contact, this email is automatically associated with the last X open deals where this contact is connected to. For us this does not make sense at all. Let read more
