This week we've noticed one member off staff now not recieving notifications via email when he is tagged inside hubspot, which is causing us to question our CRM and to start looking at others. Can anyone offer any help on this to nip this in the b read more

Extra icons on sentiment survey
I'm reviewing feedback from clients to track their opinions on our service and noticed that the sentiment tracker uses only three icons. This setup results in a limited scale, providing measurements like 33.33%, 66.67%, and 100%. I suggest a read more
