Ability to sort tasks by title
I would like to have the ability to sort task by title. I'm aware that I can search a task by name and it will only show those names, but there are cases when I may not remember the name of a task would just like to view all my tasks grouped in alph Leer más

Workflows assign task to Task Queue
Workflows with the action "Create a task" should also have the option for the task to be assigned to a specific task queue.

Filter for Tasks showing Queues each Task belongs to
It would be valuable to have a filter (or "view") on the task page that allows me to focus just on the tasks that I have not assigned to a specific task queue. There is a way to look at each task queue individually, but not the tasks that are Leer más

Don't remove the Call Queue!
I have been notified that the Call Queue is being replaced completely with the Task Queue sometime this month (May). Although the addition of the Task Queue is very helpful, it should not replace the Call Queue completely. Calls and Tasks are put at Leer más
