There is no option to create a new email in Helpdesk. Previously in conversations you could create an email and then add in the recipient. Now in Helpdesk we have to look up a contact, or create one and then manually go to their contact page to read more

In the new helpdesk you can't assign a ticket to a Team instead of a person. This can't be done from the home page and it isn't working when you go into a ticket. We are finding that we have to assign the ticket to a person, then unassign it fo read more
