Move the Left Side Navigation bar back to top or make it lockable

Hubspot moved the toolbar from a banner along the top of the page to along the left side of the screen. I used to be able to lock it at the beggining when the update happened, but that function was also taken away. Anytime my mouse goes anywhere n read more
