Create trigger for merged contacts
Long story short, we have 2000 duplicates (huge and old database) and as I started merging contacts it was re-enrolling them in workflows and triggering alerts for the sales team - not a good result! This lead me down the spiral of needing to go read more

This is a great idea, and I think the ability to choose ourselves the criteria for the merge as well as which should be the primary is best.

100% agree!! We have 2000 duplicates (probably more but Hubspot max out at 2000) so I started clearing it up, only to disgruntle the sales team as pe...read more
