There is no ability to filter a list of users that are active. Over the years, many users have been deactivated and it would be ideal to have a filter options that removes deactivated, uninvited & pending to easily monitor login activity withou read more

It would be great if you could export the duplicate contacts list to a .CSV- or .XLSX-file from the new "Manage duplicates" feature in Hubspot. As of now, it is only possible to review the list in Hubspot itself.

Would love the ability from within at least the Sales side of things to automatically map/populate Deal Properties from a Contact's properties. We came over from Salesforce where this could be done in conversion, and this is definitely an area we mi read more

In my testing of the support portal, I notice that when I reply to my own ticket, it sends an email that notifies me that I replied to a thread. Its completely unnecessary. Can that be turned off?
