How does the Mailchimp integration work?

Contact Form Builder for WordPress – Conversion Tools by HubSpot
I installed this plugin on my Wordpress site and activated it. But there is no button to add the form on my wordpress page editor. How do I use the code without it? I'm having a hard time finding a tutorial on this subject that has answers that l read more
