Please create the ability in the Chat tool to add a post-chat survey where I can configure the questions. There should be a mix of options for the question field type to set up the survey i.e. Dropdown, Stars, text box, etc. Something like t Beitrag ansehen

We have this situation where I think there should be an option to be notified when a bot chat starts – this is for 2 reasons that I can think of so far: When in a testing phase. While a bot can automate most of the process it would be great to Beitrag ansehen

Hello, During the night our live chat window displays a message letting visitors know that chat is closed but they can leave their question and an email address and we will get back with them the next business day. So when I wake up, I review the me Beitrag ansehen

Hi! I would like to create a workflow that will update my salesforce campaign based on activity on a marketing email. For example, if a recipient clicks a link I would like the campaign status to be updated accordingly. Same for a bounce, unsubscrib Beitrag ansehen
