We have this situation where I think there should be an option to be notified when a bot chat starts – this is for 2 reasons that I can think of so far: When in a testing phase. While a bot can automate most of the process it would be great to read more

Hello, During the night our live chat window displays a message letting visitors know that chat is closed but they can leave their question and an email address and we will get back with them the next business day. So when I wake up, I review the me read more
