Calculate time to close....
Hi, I want to do some analysis on how long it takes deals to close. Clearly, I have access to "create date" for a deal and I know when it moves to "closed won." I can create a report, export it to excel and run a DATEDIF formula to calculate Lire la suite

Creating Folders for Target Accounts
It would be great if I could create folders for target accounts similar to what I can do with line items for price books etc. Creating folders would allow me to organize the target accounts across all our users. Saving a view would help too so Lire la suite

Page Views by Date...is this possible?
Hi - I want to know who is hitting our site the most on any particular day. I can create a contract report that filters on Number of Page Views and a certain Date (yesterday for ex). Unfortunately what I get is the total number of page views for Lire la suite
