Hi, I want to do some analysis on how long it takes deals to close. Clearly, I have access to "create date" for a deal and I know when it moves to "closed won." I can create a report, export it to excel and run a DATEDIF formula to calculate read more

Creating Folders for Target Accounts
It would be great if I could create folders for target accounts similar to what I can do with line items for price books etc. Creating folders would allow me to organize the target accounts across all our users. Saving a view would help too so read more
