Add total number of attachments to the attachment card on record sidebars.
I noticed when viewing a record in Hubspot the attachments are not numbered in the same way that the other asssociated records are on the right sidebar (see attachment). This makes you think there are no attachments listed and is a poor UX. Can we Beitrag ansehen

Create a 'Today's Date' field in Hubspot

Change color of row when it is selected

Allow chats to be left unassigned when the contact owner is away.
Hi Team! Right now you can set live chats to automatically be assigned to the visitor's owner. If the owner is set to 'Away' then the visitors message is emailed to them instead. This is not useful since users might be OOO for long periods of tim Beitrag ansehen
