When users leave the company we want to remove their access to HubSpot. If we delete a user, their names are deleted from history. e.g. "User A created a Note" will no longer contain User A's name, but rather an internal number identifier, rendering read more

After removing a user from HubSpot, the items the user has created or edited will be tagged with "deactivated user" or "unknown user" , instead of the person's name. Hence, after more than one user has been offboarded, it's a pain to know who has be read more

It would be great if we could enable Double Opt-In by Country rather than the ENTIRE portal or nothing. Right now, Germany is the only country where Double Opt-In would be needed and expected. Requiring double opt-in for every country is a p read more

Getting employees engaged in sharing your content isn't always easy. Obviosly, they should go in and subscribe to instant notifications. But say they don't. Any way to trigger a workflow when a new blog post is live? Then we could spam o read more
