What is your favorite Live Chat app?
We use HubSpot's Live Chat but the fact that it is not gated to require the person's name and email makes this a less than desirable app to use. I have posted requests in the forum for this feature, and upvoted similar posts by others, but it has b Beitrag ansehen

filter in manage duplicates
Filtering by company / contact owner would be a great feature. As there are several sales people and you currently have to thumb through all of them to see what is or isn't yours. this would create an easy way to keep the data clean.

Required email and form fields before chat or bot conversations
