We would like "finished" chats to automatically be marked as closed, so that if the same user comes back later the same day (for example), they would need to start a new chat. We would like the chat to automatically close after, say, 5 minutes of n read more

This will be helpful so the visitor isn't waiting for a long period of time and they will have better experience.

Put the URL link of where a visitor/contact started chatting into a property. You can then see where your visitors start chatting, send them more customize content based on page they chatted from etc.

There needs to better enrollment triggers for chatflows like based on responses, which bot they interacted with, if the conversation closed if the conversation started. Look at Drift Enrollment triggers.

Under HubSpot Settings and Forms, there's the allow submissions without email addresses to create contacts. This should be on each form setting vs applying to all forms.
