I set up the HubSpot client portal: users must create an account to access it and view their tickets, submit a new one, etc.). I would like to know which users have signed up, how many, and the evolution of the registrations over time. Thanks, Gab Leer más

Using Help Desk, we can no longer attach some of our company's native file types to emails—file types such as .lic, .ksp, .bip; for example. Some of these files are only 100kb in size and we are forced to zip (compress) to send them, which looks Leer más
