Hubspotのヘルプアイコンが表示されない
以下の手順でヘルプセンターに問い合わせを起票したいのですが、Hubspotの画面上で「？」ヘルプマークが表示されません。 https://knowledge.hubspot.com/ja/help-and-resources/get-help-with-hubspot 弊社はProfessionalプラン ユーザはスーパー管理者です。 どなたか解消方法をおわかりになりますでしょうか？ また、他にヘルプセンターに起票できる方法があればお知らせいただけますと幸いです。 read more

Salesforceに取引先責任者が作成されない
HubspotとSalesforceを連携しました。 設定は以下の通りです。 - Hubspot側「 contact が作成または更新されました」→Salesforce「Contactを作成または更新」 - HubSpotコンタクトをSalesforceへ同期するにはこの同期対象リストに含まれている必要があります 　→ リスト選択無し（- 同期対象リストを選択） 上記設定後、全コンタクトのカスタムプロパティを一括更新しました。 数日経過しますが、 read more
