Default folder for templates
I have multiple companies with upwards of 50+ templates in each folder, sometimes working for one company seasonally over another; just wish I could set a folder to DEFAULT when I open up my templates to manually send emails to point to the current read more

Creating a Record & adding notes to Activity feed
Can anyone fix the option to plug in a note or two that lands directly on the NEW CONTACT record in NOTES? Why do we have to input all the contact details, etc., etc. then Save the record, then go back into it to type and add a Note? This feature read more
