Sync HubSpot drop down menu field to a Salesforce text field
I'm trying to figure out a way to sync a drop down field in HubSpot to a text field in Salesforce. Is this possible at all? I can not change the field in Salesforce to a drop down field.

Association labels
We have our HubSpot connected to our Salesforce org. Is there a way for the contact on the opp in Salesforce automatially be label with an asssociation label in Hubspot ? In the screenshot below you can see I've manually added Scott Blaser to the read more
