Yep, it's definitely correct - she's emailing me on exactly the same email address as the one we have saved in her contact info on HubSpot.

Hi, someone has got in touch with us to say she's not receiving our emails. I've checked and her email address is correct/valid but it's previously hard bounced. We're on the free plan, so I can't choose to unbounce. If I delete her as a contac read more

Paragraph spacing preview vs published emails
