More robust Customer Agent reporting
Have a report available that logs customer agent queries and their associated answers. It would be great to see a running list of what folks are asking and then see how well the bot agent handled the request. Right now I have to look at each individ read more

Feature request: Customer Agent Reporting
It would be super helpful if the queries and responses from the customer agent were logged somewhere so I could see them as a whole. I run monthly reports on it and have to copy and past from each conversation. Very tedious.
