Required email and form fields before chat or bot conversations
I have seen several merged chats suggesting that people leave their email so companies can follow up. I understand this idea was delivered, and a prompt to leave an email was added to the chat feature. However, I am wondering if we can add a mandato Beitrag ansehen

Post Chat Survey
Please create the ability in the Chat tool to add a post-chat survey where I can configure the questions. There should be a mix of options for the question field type to set up the survey i.e. Dropdown, Stars, text box, etc. Something like t Beitrag ansehen

Attach anything other than a URL to a chat - ie image, file, gif, or emoji
Attach anything other than a URL. In some In some cases, we need to send an attachment, file, gif, pic or emoji

I just switched over from Intercom and it was one of the best features was being able to communicate via GIFs and it really allowed us to communicate...Beitrag ansehen
