At the moment there is no way to access hidden files over the API. Meaning that almost any files that are related to engagements are not accessible to the users. Also, there is no export capability for that. Basically this makes it totally impo read more

I would like to access all the files attached to a deal externally using the API. I'm not able to find the attachment ids through the API in any way. Is this posiable to get the attachemnt ids from a given deal? Then I would be able to find the read more

When creating workflows, if I have it create a task, it lets you set the due date to 2 days from task creation. However when you create a task manually, you can set it to 2 BUSINESS days from task creation. The problem this is causing is some automa read more
