Customer portal threading behavior
Posting this for a customer! Right now, the customer portal will display all conversations associated with a ticket (even if there is an internal conversation associated with the ticket that the contact is not part of). It would be great if it only read more

Navigation menu level dissappearing when hovering over it
Hi! I am posting this on behalf of a customer. I am not good at custom coding but I have a navigation menu with 8 levels, and when I hover over the third menu option showing up, it disappears. I understand I should use some block section read more

Disable Dashboard comments
Hi team! I am publishing this on behalf of a customer 😊 It would be nice to be able to disable commenting on dashboards, or edit permissions on who has the ability to see or submit comments. Some dashboards don't need this ability.
