Filter criteria for matching properties
I think it would help segmentation and personalization tremendously, if we could filter by properties that match. For example, I want to personalize an email with First Name - the problem is: many first names in my database are the company name or t read more

Customizable Navigation Bar
We should be able to customize our Navigation Bar items to get to what you want easier. Personally, for example, I often need Lists, Marketing Emails, Contact View, etc. It's annoying to pick from the dropdown all the time for the items that I use read more
