Ability to use association actions in Lead based workflows

Properties are not shown
Hi everyone, On contact tickets, only properties of contacts with the lifecycle stage "Leads" are showing. Properties of other contacts, such as "customers" and "subscribers," are not displayed on the tickets. How can this be resolved?
