We use a HubSpot form on our "contact us" page. Currently we run those form-fills through zapier to create a new ticket in Freshdesk so that our customer service team can reply from there. I'd like to move my customer service team to the HubSpo Lire la suite

I recently started using Conversations for service and support. It's pretty feature lean compared to more mature apps like HelpScout, but the integration makes it useful. I also just added HubSpot forms to my website for lead generation and dir Lire la suite
