Conversations Team Availability Log
Create a log file of when support agents mark themselves as away/available. This would be helpful when trying to test for issues with the bot where it's not assigning chats correctly. This could be a CSV download link in the team management read more

Instagram Story - schedule story
It would be super helpful to be able to schedule Instagram Stories in advance, like you should schedule a normal post. Also, the ability to schedule IGTV and videos on Instagram would be an amazing feature to have.

Error saving changes to Messages tool
I used to have a paid account with the sales tools but cancelled the subscription before Hubspot offered a free version. I'm now trying to set up the meetings tool in the free version but it won't let me save any changes and asks me to contac read more
