Gmail Follow-up task button.
Hello, I really like the CRM functionality that allows me to create a follow-up task right from the email draft window. I think this would be very handy on the Gmail platform. What do you think?

Create Deals, Tasks, etc from Gmail

Don't remove the Call Queue!
I have been notified that the Call Queue is being replaced completely with the Task Queue sometime this month (May). Although the addition of the Task Queue is very helpful, it should not replace the Call Queue completely. Calls and Tasks are put at Lire la suite
