Outlook連携時のコンタクト自動作成後のメンテナンスについて
現在、Outlook連携を数名試しているのですが、メール送信時はHubSpotにコンタクトデータがない場合でもコンタクトが新たに作成されることがわかりました。 自動作成なので、コンタクト名が氏名でなくメールアドレスになっていたり、通常の作成時は、埋めるはずのプロパティが空白になっていたりしています。 これらのメンテナンスに悩んでおり、氏名くらいは入れるようにした方がいいのか、又は特に気にしないでもいいのか、何か事例等ご存じの方がいたらご共有頂けたり、考え方のアドバイスを頂けますと幸い read more
