For example, I have a contact with 2 meetings and 7 Emails, but the "Number of times contacted" is zero. It doesn't seem to be counting these events. Do I need to enable a setting? Or is this because I am using the free version.

Hello, When adding a Note to a Contact, it also populates the Company Notes? How can I stop contact notes populating under company notes? Bruce
