Assign tasks to multiple users / teams
At the moment, you can only assign a task to a single user. However, I would like to have the option of assigning a task either to multiple users or to a team in HubSpot.

Assign Tasks to Team
Instead of assigning tasks to individuals we should be able to assign a task to a team so all individuals within that team are able to see it. The reason for this request is we have 3 seperate teams for different continents and we would not like read more

Save a smart rule to make it reusable on other modules

Mark emails as High Importance like in Outlook
It would be helpful if within a HubSpot contact record, we could compose and send an individual sales email and mark it "High Importance". As of now, I have to compose the email in Outlook and add the exclamation point (high importance) there - the read more

Quickly add contact to list from contact record
When you're in someone's contact record in HS, to add them to a list is very manual and laborious - you have to scroll down on the right, find 'List Memberships', 'manage' them and find the list. Would be so easy and simple if one of the option read more

Quick and easy add contacts to static lists
It would be great if there was an option to quickly and easily add contacts to static lists from the list screen. Possibly best as an option in the Actions menu.
