Allow editing of records (bulk and individual) via reports
A user can download a report, edit the spreadsheet, upload back to hubspot and thus update those updated records. Why go through that middle part with spreadsheet download and upload? Why not allow direct edits in the reports themselves? This is a b Beitrag ansehen

It would be great if Hubspot had the ability to track how many replies I got to my marketing newsletters. A lot of our newsletters are designed to get people to reply to them instead of having them click on something, so really the reply rate is wha Beitrag ansehen

Integration with Wechat
Hello Hubspot, It would be very good for a global company like us to be able to use Hubspot to publish Social Media posts on Wechat to promote our company our company on the Chinese market. Hope this is something Hubspot will be able to propose in Beitrag ansehen

Integrate Facebook Messenger with Conversations
When people talk to us in Facebook messanger, the replies stay buried in MARKETING > SOCIAL > MESSANGER > AUDIENCE. This is pretty useless. These should really appear in the Conversations Inbox with the rest of the messages we receive Beitrag ansehen
