Allow blocking of an individual email address on a form
Migrated from legacy feedback forum with 32 votes. Our Contact Us form is being spammed by someone who is using a gmail.com domain. Since we do get valid submissions from gmail accounts on this form we cannot block the entire domain. It wo Leer más

Last engagement metric should include calls
It would be really helpful if the "Last engagement" section of the Account Overview included conversations with that company. If a contact calls a sales rep, that seems like the ultimate form of engagement and it should be included in that section. Leer más

I agree. "Last engagement" should include calls, and marketing emails opened.

Add View in HubSpot button to automated emails for internal staff
I would like to be able to add a button or link for "View in HubSpot" into an automated email that is sent to our sales staff about Contacts' email activity.

I agree about needing the ability to customize Activity Type. I'd like to log LinkedIn Sales Navigator activity by our Sales team.
