Give end users the option to call, chat, or email from support bot (Just like Hubspot does!)
For hubspot's own support, I have the option to call, chat, or email. I want to give the same options to my company's users! Most important here is giving them the option to call.

Ability to Set Calculation Fields that are Unknown as 0

Option to keep oldest field entry when merging contacts
