Whether we are discussing tickets or emails within the Conversation inbox, there should be an option to display items oldest to newest versus only permitted the newest tickets/emails at the top of the list. Ideally, most companies should be work read more

Currently have to download an email's attachments one-by-one inside the CRM. This takes a long time - especially on the support side where there are multiple images or documents attached - and would be much more efficient if all email attachments co read more

When people talk to us in Facebook messanger, the replies stay buried in MARKETING > SOCIAL > MESSANGER > AUDIENCE. This is pretty useless. These should really appear in the Conversations Inbox with the rest of the messages we receive read more
