We have several clients (and ourselves included) who have a general number that rings to their office. Right now, all inbound numbers in HubSpot have to be assigned to a specific user - and only that user which is problematic when you want someone a read more

When you connect the Whatsapp channel, you loose the option to access to the app, and with that you also loose essential features like "auto reply" messages (ex: "out of office"). Hubspot could build this feature so when someone write a whatsapp read more

This is a great idea. It's currently a big downgrade moving away from the WhatsApp native app to Hubspot from this point of view

An autoresponder on the conversations inbox would be really helpful. Our customers use an email address to report issues. When an email comes in, our support team manually creates a ticket and that triggers an email to the customer to say we've read more
