Extra formatting options in conversation templates & snippets
Within Conversation templates, formatting is super basic & very limited. I want to use strikethrough but it's not an option - only available in the marketing email templates. So the work around was to copy and paste the text already format read more

Ability to move conversations to another Mailbox within Hubspot
We have different departments using different email addresses, and from time to time, emails find themselves in the wrong mailbox, but we're unable to simply move them to the correct mailbox, instead, we have to contact someone from the 'other' team read more
