Ability to add .doc or .pdf or .ppt to a Knowledge Base support site
Not all Knowledge Base documents are "posts/articles". We have a need to upload .docs or .pdf documents for our customers do download. Right now it is impossible to add a doc or even the URL to a doc hosted on Hubspot without embedding it into an read more

Easily add attachement when replying to a conversation
It would be great if it would be easier to add a file that was shared in a conversation. Right now you have always to download and add it to the email. Even when forwarding the email. A checkbox that says, include previous attachments would hel read more
