Ability to Edit MS Teams Fields/Questions for Hubspot Ticket creation

It would be great to be able to edit the fields / questions being asked when creating tickets from MS Teams into Hubspot. This would allow a more streamlined form as this can be tailored to specific business units depending on selections made. read more

Capturing Outbound Conversations

Hi All, New to hubspot and I have been asked to create a report to capture outbound workload via the conversation inbox. I can capture the number of conversations closed but not ones that have been created. Is there a way to do this?
